I started researching my three questions of the day. First, I researched, "What is the purpose of Opening Credits?". Example One: As we begin our projects Mrs. Landis taught us a few ways to conceal who a character is. For our first example, we watched "How an Opening Scene Tells the Whole Story", on Youtube. It focused on the opening scene of a movie. The man in the video who I believe was the director or the Cinematographer explained why he made such choices in lighting and the angles in which the scenes were filmed. Mrs. Landis went on and told the class the reason for this was to conceal the character for a long period of time so we (the audience) can be intrigued by our curiosity.
